If your order is placed on a business day prior to 5PM EST, it will be processed the same day. If your order is placed after 5PM EST on a Friday or during the weekend, it will be processed the following Monday.

Orders typically ship from the warehouse within 4 - 7 business days after being processed. Within 48 hours of your order being shipped, we will e-mail you your tracking number. The delivery companies we work with will also call you to arrange a delivery date and time, at your convenience.
