Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: In stock items usually ship in 3 - 5 business days. Arrival time is generally 1 to 2 weeks. Since Inventory changes daily we will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order. We will send you tracking numbers via e-mail as soon as they are available.

Q: Has my order shipped yet?
A: Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information. If you haven't received tracking info yet, then your order is either being processed for shipment or not in stock. Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: We only charge your credit card once we can confirm that your item is in stock and ready to ship. This typically takes place within one business day after you order is placed. We will confirm via e-mail as soon as you are charged.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We only charge sales tax on orders shipping to North Carolina, as required by law.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: HiddenTreasures2Day accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Once item is delivered, we offer a 10 day money back guarantee if the customer is not completely satisfied with his or her item. 10 days starts from date of delivery. If customer decides to return item, there are absolutely NO restocking fees. Buyer would only be responsible for shipping fees. Just like we ship and coordinate delivery, we can also coordinate a return shipment for you. Buyer will still be responsible for shipping fees either way for a returned item and the cost will be subtracted from the refund.

A: Yes we do. We are ready to work on any project, large or small, and offer generous discounts on bulk purchases. Discounts vary based on the project size, please call us with your requirements and we will provide a quote for your project.
